Proof of motion: review

Known transition issues
- Crouch → lift-off is the biggest cut. The feet stay planted, but the body rises ~70 world units in one frame because no push-off in-between exists.
- Touchdown (08) → crouch → master: three hard cuts that fold open wings away. They read as limited animation, not as continuous motion.
- Flap cycle (02 → 04 → 05 → 07) reads as flapping but isn't loop-perfect; 04 is a transitional pose with a slightly odd silhouette.
- Head size in flight is ~15% smaller than on the perch. This is a deliberate compromise that keeps body mass continuous (see the inventory page).
- The return trip leaves the stage and comes back in from the right; Pico never visibly turns around.
- The environment is a placeholder backdrop for this milestone only.
